ABOUT III CORD FOUNDATION |

| The name III Cord comes
from Ecclesiastes 4:12, which embodies the power of
unity and companionship. III Cord Properties was started
by Rev. Tracy Goodner in August 2004 to create funding
to aid in meeting the organizations financial
objectives, and for the enlargement of the Kingdom of
God. |

Reverend Goodner served for several years as the Director
of Christian Education and Missions for one of the largest and
oldest churches in Phoenix Arizona. After training over thirty
missionaries and leading eight foreign mission journeys, he
and his wife started this non-profit organization in December
of 2000. Their heartfelt desire was to be independent of the
bureaucracy of large church organizations and to be able to
direct funding to smaller effective start-up ministries that
are frequently overlooked by larger organizations.
Over the past few years, we have established several partner
churches and organizations, a team of highly motivated
volunteers, as well as a highly experienced and qualified
Executive Director and Board of Directors.
The III Cord Foundation functions like a Non-Governmental
Organization whose primary function is to act as an
intermediary for funding resources. Simply stated, we actively
collaborate with organizations that fund mission projects and
provide direct services.
We unite with organizations, individuals, institutions, churches etc.,
locally in Phoenix, Arizona and target countries around the world such as
Uganda, Democratic Republic of Congo, Latin America etc., that
are qualified to manage projects, and that have needs that
fall within our four mission and vision areas. |
