Christine Goodner is the fourth of five children born to Joe & Mary Copeland, in Portsmouth, Virginia. She is married to Tracey L. Goodner and has two adult children, Latasha (Stepdaughter) and Richmonde as well as one granddaughter Alleyah. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Virginia State University in Petersburg, VA.

Christine’s career path as taken her in several areas and each one has given her the opportunity to use her gift of Service to others. Her work experience includes positions as an Eligible Agent for Social Services, Financial Aide Officer, Client Services Representative for a Vision Plan and Provider Representative for an AHCCS plan at a local Hospital. For the last 15 years, she has worked as a Data Analyst for a Pharmaceutical Data Company.

Christine grew up in the Church, attending Sunday school, ushering, Vacation Bible School and singing in the Choir. Her walk with the Lord has been humbling and a true refining. Since becoming the wife of Rev. Tracey Goodner, she has supported him in Building God’s Kingdom here on earth. Her very first Mission Journey was to an island called Barbuda in the Virgin Islands. It was a humbling and very rewarding experience. Since that time, she has traveled to Jo’burg South Africa twice and to Uganda twice. She currently sits on the Board of a local Non-Profit. In 2002, Christine and Tracey founded Compassion International, Inc. of Arizona, (later renamed III Cord Foundation) in response to the lack of funding for small start up non-profits, and churches outside of the large mainline denominational churches.
